About Mirela
A healer is often called “the wounded healer”, a term which indicates that the healer has herself passed through some difficult illness or crisis and in the process she has become stronger and wiser.
My own wounded healer path started in my early twenties when I suddenly became so unwell that I was barely able to function. Conventional medicine was of no help and after struggling for a couple of years I realised that it was up to me to find my own way back to health.
My quest to heal and become whole again led me to research and find many healers, shamans and teachers. They helped me to get through this difficult time, they recognised my healing gifts and encouraged me to answer my calling to help others. What started as a journey of personal healing soon became a journey of Self-discovery.
And in this process of healing, and through overcoming my challenging experiences I opened my heart to understanding, compassion and empathy for myself and others.
As a result, I started my holistic healing practice 25 years ago and since then I have been assisting people to overcome their difficulties, helping them heal, grow and thrive.
I am a highly skilled and experienced healer, coach and teacher and I am continually learning and honing my skills to help my clients with their healing journey. My current passion is exploring the therapeutic and transformative power of sound.
I live in London and besides healing, I also teach meditation, sound courses and shamanic workshops in the UK and Europe.

I am a fully qualified Sound healer with a Diploma in Integral sound Healing from the Sound Healing Academy.
I have a background in video and film production and I have been working as a sound engineer for over 25 years.
After deeply transformative experiences I wanted to understand and learn more about different spiritual traditions. My search led me to learn and work directly with traditional shamanic healers and spiritual teachers.
I have pursued my passion for combining shamanic techniques with an active interest in the therapeutic use of sound for health and well-being.
Now I offer individuals the opportunity towards integration and a sense of wholeness with the incredible power of healing through the medium of sound.
In my sessions, I work with various instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, harmonic tuning forks, voice, drum and various percussive instruments.
