I will respond within two working days with my availability and further details.

Sessions are available in person and online.

Booking & Payment policy

Once we arrange your appointment I will send you a short form and payment instructions.

I will confirm your appointment as soon as payment is received.

To secure your session payment is requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date.

For QHHT sessions I ask that payment is made at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If payment is not made within the timeframe, the appointment will remain unconfirmed and the session will be released so other clients can book. I will be happy to help you arrange another suitable time.

This approach helps me manage appointments fairly and focus fully on our work together. Thank you for respecting both your time and mine.

Cancellation & Rescheduling policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can accommodate your needs and offer the slot to other clients.

For a missed appointment or if cancellation notice takes place inside 48 hours no refund will be given.
